Gatherings

Afra offers her presence in the setting of retreats and group gatherings. Groups are an invitation to spiritual practice in the company of others. We gather in awareness and presence, opening our hearts and quieting our minds. Held by collective intention we explore our true nature through meditation, inquiry and prayer.
